“As far as colors go, we have four distinct seasons, so we see a lot of different colors. Tons of white snow and ice in the winter, rich deep oranges and reds in the fall, and vibrant skies, flowers, and plants throughout the spring/summer. We also have a lot of windy country roads that offer gorgeous scenery of farms and forests and usually smells of manure. Rolling hills and plunging valleys (the Appalachian plateau covers like half the state though) Lots of farmland. Amish country. When we drive through the state this time of year, the colors are these vibrant chartreuses and greens from the corn that is only knee high by now.”
