(2018-2024) It’s the end of an era. The How Series has officially come to an end. Originally, this internationally collected series of small works on paper acted as a point of reference for future works, like a visual dictionary. However, the new How originals have a slightly different premise; they’ve mostly been inspired by past paintings, or meticulously developed by deconstructing colours, marks and textures found in my sketchbooks and journals (from 2018-present day). All but two of the original 75 have now sold.
